Insurance/Fees for Services

In Washington, I am an approved provider for Regence Blue Shield, AmBetter/Coordinated Care, Premera, First Choice, Aetna, United Health Care, Cigna, Medicare, Tricare and Lyra EAP.

In Arizona, I am an approved provider for Aetna, United Health Care, Cigna, Tricare and Lyra EAP.

Please see my rates below if you do not have insurance and/or prefer to pay out of pocket for therapy sessions.

If you have an insurance plan outside of the above providers, I would be considered an out-of-network provider. For these insurance plans, you will be provided with receipts of services to submit to your insurance provider for out-of-network benefits. Meaning, you would pay for services up-front and then seek reimbursement through your insurance company. Please check with your insurance company about your coverage and financial responsibility for counseling services.

Individual therapy session (55 minute)- $150
