Sultana Graham, LCSW, LISAC

I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker and Substance Abuse Counselor in Washington & Arizona. My counseling style is relaxed but deliberative, eclectic & tailored to each person, couple &/or family unit. My hope is that during our sessions, I will help cultivate a space that offers the opportunity to flourish through nourishing the heart, mind, & body.

I have over 12 years of post-graduate experience working with diverse populations in a variety of settings (including homeless shelters, hospitals, community mental health centers & private practice). Furthermore, I am a person who has encountered and understands the depths of grief & loss. These professional and personal experiences equip me with a wide array of expertise, skills & humility.

When away from the office, you will find me spending time with family & friends as I deeply value connections & meaningful relationships. My partner & I routinely find new places to explore with our children & dogs. My own self-care practices include baking, acupuncture, writing, and engaging in any and all forms of exercise -hiking, biking, strength training, volleyball, hot yoga, outdoor sports... if it involves sunshine and movement, I’m in!
