Supervision for Associates Pursuing Licensure

I am passionate to offer high-quality supervision for associates who are pursuing licensure. In accordance with RCW 18.225090 and WAC 246-809-334 in Washington State and A.A.C R4-6-214 and A.A.C. R4-6-212(A) in Arizona, I am approved to offer supervision in both Washington and Arizona. My goal is to empower new social workers and mental health clinicians to be the best version of their professional selves. My supervision style is eclectic and focused on each professional’s strengths while I also weave-in topics like social justice and systemic concerns that impact us on a micro, mezzo and macro level. I have a wide range of experience working in diverse environments (previous places of employment including homeless shelters, hospitals, community mental health centers and clients’ homes). Working in these environments equipped me with a wide array of expertise, knowledge, and humility. Humility guides my practice and enhances my ability to offer empathetic, compassionate, and strengths-based counseling services.

Coaching for Social Workers & Mental Health Clinicians

In addition to providing supervision for associates, I also offer job coaching for social workers and clinicians who need extra support for job satisfaction. I have experience implementing a variety of supervision instruments such as Strengths Finder 2.0. Whether you are new to the field or seasoned, we can work together to enhance job and overall life satisfaction.

Supervision Fees

$150 per hour for individual supervision*

$75 per 1.5 hours of group supervision (3+ attendees)

*Rate for individual supervision discounted for associates working within non-profit/community mental health care settings
